[Isamu is a dark presence in the already darkened streets, a pair of yellow eyes in the shadows. He has no destination, nor any real reason to be out after dark save that he sometimes feels more at ease among the monsters than he does among people.

He hugs the buildings, hands in his pockets and head tilted down.]

[ Even in a world such as this, inhabited by so many oddities (some good, some not), Aslan stands out above them all. Even in Narnia, where light usually reigns, he is distinct; here, in a world infested darkness, he stands out all the more.

He pauses, if only briefly, to glance at the man across the street. An invitation. ]

[Isamu notices. He stops and stares, feeling somewhat... uncomfortable.

This isn't one of the usual creatures of the night, and in facts feels like just the opposite. This is something pure amongst the corruption and it frightens him. He takes a step backward.]

What do you want?

[ He stays where he is, a calm and stillness about him meant to convey assurance. Then, without a word, he begins to walk away.

He'll not force himself upon anyone who doesn't wish it. ]

[Isamu doesn't move, but he watches the lion leave, becoming more emboldened the further he gets.]

H-hey! Where're you going? Don't just walk away from me like that!

[ He stops, turning his head to meet Isamu's gaze. Still, however, he says nothing.

Waiting. ]

[Isamu had assumed the lion would keep moving, and is now caught in an uncomfortable position again. What was he going to follow that up with?

He has magic at his fingertips, doesn't he? He can fight off this thing. Yet for some reason it doesn't even seem as if that should be an option.]

What are you...? [That should have been finished off with another word, like 'What are you doing?', but it seems more fitting to leave it as it is.]

[ A simple question with a complicated answer. Aslan is many things, and though he has been asked that question many times, only one answer encompasses it all. ]

Myself.

...Fair enough. [Though he's thinking the exact opposite. Clearly the answer has to be more than just 'a talking lion'.]

And you're just... taking a stroll?

[ Of course, it is, but introducing yourself as God is just awkward. ]

Where there is darkness, light must be there also.

Uh. [Well, that's just plain difficult to respond to. Isamu lacks a witty comeback of any sort, so he just stands there awkwardly.]

...That light being you, I guess.

[A light that's really too much for him. He takes a step backward again.] I... [He turns abruptly, scampering off in another direction.]

[ That light being him, yes. He'll not pursue, as it's not his way, but it's with a heavy heart that he'll continue towards the morning. ]
