Bitter coffee metaphor goes here [closed]

Nov 29, 2010 17:31

Who: Godot and Franziska
When: Tuesday afternoon
Where: S.S. Kahve coffee shop
Summary: Two prosecutors share a few cups of coffee and a session of vicious mocking. Each other, everybody they know, whatever comes up, it's all fair game.
Warnings: FOOLISH FOOLISH FOOLISHNESS

"I gotta say, I dismissed you for being as uptight as our cravatted colleague-- but if you're open to a real cup of coffee, you've already won your due respect."

Godot was gentleman enough to hold the door open for her, then gesture to a table for two off in the corner. He tossed the remnants of his styrofoam cup of office coffee into the trash can and sat down, setting his briefcase down next to his chair. Fixing his tie, he nudged the menu over to Franziska's side of the table. He'd already memorized it, of course.

"I'm, of course, ready to give recommendations."
