Nick was standing on the corner where they'd agreed to meet up. He was dressed up about as well as ever--nice suit, hair fixed just right. Looking his best for this... dinner thing they were going on, you know? Chose out a pretty nice restaurant, something he thought she'd like. Figured they deserved a nice, relaxing evening out after all this shit they'd been through recently.
And hey, maybe he was feeling just a little bit excited for it.
