Brooke heard the door ring as two potential customer walked in to his store. Brooke glanced over his piano and noticed that he recognized the young lady as the young lady who he had mean to give some clothes to. Who the man beside her was, was beyond him, but he figured he'd likely find out. He finished his musical piece and waltzed over to the front door with a package behind his back.

"Ah, you must be lady Claire, whom I spoke to the other day if I'm not mistaken? And you must be..." Brooke paused looking at Claudio up and down but being incapable of remembering who he was. "You must be her boyfriend? Welcome to my humble establishment! Finest tea, and musical instruments in town." Brooke said with an extravagant bow. He then removed the cardboard boxed package from behind his back and handed it to Claire.

"Inside our 3 uniforms of your size, wear them with pride since they are good advertisement for my store. Although you seem to have some clothes already besides your cheerleader uniform..." Brooke paused to consider that. "So I almost wonder why you actually came at all." The skeleton bard feigns surprise with a hand over his mouth. "Was it to see me? Yohohoho!"

He actually chuckled to her comment about running. "Well... there is that too." He offered, opening the door for her. As they entered a... wow, okay so a very tall skeleton just approached them, didn't he?

He blinked, hearing the conversation spill from the polite seeming ... skeleton. He raised a thick brow, only just now realizing that he was asked who he was. "Ah... Claudio." He said a bit distracted by the living dead before him. So it was true. This guy was real--

He nearly choked though, a hand covering his mouth as if to cover a cough. "B-boyfriend? Ah, no, no... just a friend." He said without thinking, shaking his head.

The guy was handing Claire a box of uniforms? He raised a brow, glancing from the... was it -really- a skeleton!? He stayed near her, watching the guy's interactions. "Uniforms?"

"You're not her boyfriend?" Brooke asked curiously. "I suppose getting to meet a first class musician who was also an 8 foot skeleton was just too good to pass up? Yohohoho!"

Brooke smiled politely towards Claudio as he took out a cup of tea from his coat pocket, and a mug, and poured himself some tea, which he then drank as they spoke. "Well yes, they are uniforms for my store. You see Claire here, had run rather low on any clothes to wear, and being the gentleman that I am, I thought the only polite thing to do would be to offer her some. Can't have people walking around the street naked, now can we? Yohohoho!"

Brooke paused and considered himself for a moment. Then, he spoke towards Calire, and then back to Claudio again. "Oh, I'm sorry, I haven't introduced myself to your friend yet Claire. My name is Brooke, Brooke the bard my good sir, and it's a pleasure to meet you. What is your name?"

He’d seen lot in his time, but a 8 foot skeleton was taking the win right now. It talked and was polite and drank… tea? A whole two feet taller then the boy, it was rare that he had to look up to anyone.

He looked to Claire, to make sure she was still alright with all this. After all, if she wanted to take off and run they could. He could duck her out of the shop through a wall if he needed too. In an instant neither of them could be seen and could make a swift get away.

But it didn’t seem like that would be needed. The Man…erm Skeleton (was this really one of the pirates on the network?) seemed nice enough.

“Ah… a pleasure to meet you as well, Brooke.” He said at first, distracted with him still, then… “Oh ah. I’m Claudio. Claudio Kilgannon.” He offered his full name, but kept his hands in his pockets, rocking up on his toes a bit and looking back to Claire.

No, he agreed. Better safe then sorry and it was nice that someone… called on him for help, even if it was very little help. Still, he nodded to Claire, hanging around. He didn’t mind at all.

"Dressing room?" Brooke paused to think about that for a moment. Do we have a dressing room? "What does this look like a clothing store!?" Brooke asked in fake rage. Then in a perfectly polite manner and a calm rational tone of voice he said. "There is a girl's bathroom down that hall and to the left, and a boys bathroom to the right. You may also use our kitchen if the bathrooms are not to your liking. Yohohoho!" Brooke pointed towards a door in the back of the shop with his cane.

"And Claudio it is then!" Brooke said turning to Cladio with as smile after kindly pointing out the direction of the bathrooms and kitchen to Claire. "I hate to admit that I've never actually seen you before, how long have you been in Siren's Port Claudio?" Brooke asked sipping his tea.

"Since your girlfr-I mean friend, needs to go to change into my shops uniform, would you perhaps like some tea?" Brooke then turned to Claire and asked her before she had a chance to start going to change. "And Claire, would you like some tea waiting for you when you're done changing?"

Brooke heard the sound of the box dropping from down the hall and turned towards the hall worried. Had she perhaps tripped and fallen? Was there some sort of mouse in his store? Brooke had no idea what was going on, so he asked. "Lady Claire? Is something the matter in there? I've got your tea ready."

Claudio was really distracted by the guy, that's all that could be said. He nodded to Claire as she took off to change, and he.... looked back to the very tall... man. It hit him that he had questions to answer a moment later.

"Oh ah... I've been here since January. I tend to... keep to myself I suppose. Most people don't really see me." That's because he plays Invisible man far too often.

"No. Thank you very much though, I think I'll pass on the tea this time." He said, trying to collect himself again. His hands in his pockets he felt nervous for some reason. With having Claire out of sight he wasn't sure if she was walking into some trap or not. This guy seemed really nice, but so do some slavers.

When the sounds from the other room were heard, he raised a brow, looking in that direction, where Claire left. After Brooke called to her he also called. "Are you alright?"

"January?! How remarkable! You must know lots of people, I've only been here since June, and there's just so many people to get to know in this city! It's rather nice to meet so many friendly people, don't you think? Although I can't see why you wouldn't want any tea, it's quite good for you, you know." He still hadn't heard a response from Claire yet...

Brooke paused to think this over carefully... if he went in there and she was changing, he might see her naked, but he would be seen as even worse of a pervert, She would never really trust him as a friend, or even a person, and she would most likely club him to death. However she could have hurt herself or gotten into some sort of danger, and he might see her half dressed. He weighed the pros and cons, and decided upon his best course of action with a sigh.

"Claudio, perhaps you should go check on her. I doubt anything has really happened, but if something has, she might need help, and she trusts you a lot more than me."

He gave a nod to that first part. yeah he'd been here a while. "I have... started to meet interesting people too. Yes." He said, distracted, about to answer the tea question with a simple 'because I'm not thirsty' but instead was starting to move down the hall.

As he opened his mouth to ask about her again she came out. She spoke his name, a bit high, and was headed to the door. Ah, something... happened? He looked confused, but started to move with her. "What's wrong, Claire?"

What happened? He looked back to Brooke, a raised brow, but was moving with the girl to the door. Did he have something in that room. Or did he leave something odd in the box? What was going on? He gave a shrug to Brooke, and would follow Claire out when she stored off, making sure to keep himself near in case they needed to vanish in a blink.

Brooke called after as she departed feeling very confused as to why she was so upset, honestly not understanding that such outfits were considered a taboo. Brooke was after all from a time period where such outfits were the norm for a cafe employee. "Lady Claire? You forgot your uniform, and your tea! Would you like me to mail it to you? I don't think the tea would taste all that great under those circumstances though..." Brooke turned towards Claudio in confusion, still wondering why she had up and decided to leave, after requesting a pot of tea that he was generously going to let them have.

"Claudio? Did I do something wrong? I... I just don't understand." He knew Claudio was likely going to depart soon with her, but he was hoping he might have some sort of explanation since Claire did not seem keen on staying.

Really need to go. Okay... that wasn’t good. He looked confused, letting her storm out the door first, wondering what it was she saw that upset her. Were there cameras in the bathroom or something? Was someone spying? Was the clothing inappropriate or something? He had no clue, but watched as Claire took off.

Looking back to Brooke, he shrugged. The guy seemed honestly confused on what was wrong, but Claudio couldn’t say as he had no clue. “Sorry man. I have no idea what happened.” He mumbled as he started out the door.

A moment later he gave a nod to the Skeleton, a silent thanks, and... took off to job a few steps to catch up to the blonde. “Claire! Wait up! What happened?” He called, falling into place beside her, looking back to her with a curious and concerned look. “You alright?”
