He had been out for some time now, looking over everywhere for the missing people. Jinx's boyfriend, that Sora kid, others. He had been out when he got the call from Claire about coming with her to... something. She seemed a little worried, and he didn't mind. It gave him excuse to go clean up and get his mind off the inevitable fact that people were... as always, just gone.
He had met the girl a little before nine outside the Tower Apartments, dressed casual with jeans a bit too big for him and dirty boots, a black shirt that had seen better days and for a change, no hooded sweater. He was invisible at first, but when he saw her he made himself clear... and stayed that way.
Conversation on the way was simple, rehashing a bit of what they had already talked on, life in general. But he didn't push much more on why they were going to this guys place... till now. After all, Brooke, as he had heard, was a known... well, weird guy. What was it with panties anyhow?
"You know... if you need to get out of there and want to be polite about it... say that you have an interview or something to go to. It's an easy out." He offered, lightly. If anyone tried to do anything bad to the blonde girl, he'd step in, but he was pretty sure this should be... relatively safe?
Walking beside her, hands in his pockets, watching the ground, they were nearly at the door step of the skeletons shop. He hadn't met this guy yet but... it should be interesting. Glancing at his NV, he noticed it was nearly ten now. They made good time. When approaching the door he'd reach out and open it for her, to let her in first.

"Ah, you must be lady Claire, whom I spoke to the other day if I'm not mistaken? And you must be..." Brooke paused looking at Claudio up and down but being incapable of remembering who he was. "You must be her boyfriend? Welcome to my humble establishment! Finest tea, and musical instruments in town." Brooke said with an extravagant bow. He then removed the cardboard boxed package from behind his back and handed it to Claire.
"Inside our 3 uniforms of your size, wear them with pride since they are good advertisement for my store. Although you seem to have some clothes already besides your cheerleader uniform..." Brooke paused to consider that. "So I almost wonder why you actually came at all." The skeleton bard feigns surprise with a hand over his mouth. "Was it to see me? Yohohoho!"

He blinked, hearing the conversation spill from the polite seeming ... skeleton. He raised a thick brow, only just now realizing that he was asked who he was. "Ah... Claudio." He said a bit distracted by the living dead before him. So it was true. This guy was real--
He nearly choked though, a hand covering his mouth as if to cover a cough. "B-boyfriend? Ah, no, no... just a friend." He said without thinking, shaking his head.
The guy was handing Claire a box of uniforms? He raised a brow, glancing from the... was it -really- a skeleton!? He stayed near her, watching the guy's interactions. "Uniforms?"

Brooke smiled politely towards Claudio as he took out a cup of tea from his coat pocket, and a mug, and poured himself some tea, which he then drank as they spoke. "Well yes, they are uniforms for my store. You see Claire here, had run rather low on any clothes to wear, and being the gentleman that I am, I thought the only polite thing to do would be to offer her some. Can't have people walking around the street naked, now can we? Yohohoho!"
Brooke paused and considered himself for a moment. Then, he spoke towards Calire, and then back to Claudio again. "Oh, I'm sorry, I haven't introduced myself to your friend yet Claire. My name is Brooke, Brooke the bard my good sir, and it's a pleasure to meet you. What is your name?"

He looked to Claire, to make sure she was still alright with all this. After all, if she wanted to take off and run they could. He could duck her out of the shop through a wall if he needed too. In an instant neither of them could be seen and could make a swift get away.
But it didn’t seem like that would be needed. The Man…erm Skeleton (was this really one of the pirates on the network?) seemed nice enough.
“Ah… a pleasure to meet you as well, Brooke.” He said at first, distracted with him still, then… “Oh ah. I’m Claudio. Claudio Kilgannon.” He offered his full name, but kept his hands in his pockets, rocking up on his toes a bit and looking back to Claire.
No, he agreed. Better safe then sorry and it was nice that someone… called on him for help, even if it was very little help. Still, he nodded to Claire, hanging around. He didn’t mind at all.

"And Claudio it is then!" Brooke said turning to Cladio with as smile after kindly pointing out the direction of the bathrooms and kitchen to Claire. "I hate to admit that I've never actually seen you before, how long have you been in Siren's Port Claudio?" Brooke asked sipping his tea.
"Since your girlfr-I mean friend, needs to go to change into my shops uniform, would you perhaps like some tea?" Brooke then turned to Claire and asked her before she had a chance to start going to change. "And Claire, would you like some tea waiting for you when you're done changing?"

"Oh ah... I've been here since January. I tend to... keep to myself I suppose. Most people don't really see me." That's because he plays Invisible man far too often.
"No. Thank you very much though, I think I'll pass on the tea this time." He said, trying to collect himself again. His hands in his pockets he felt nervous for some reason. With having Claire out of sight he wasn't sure if she was walking into some trap or not. This guy seemed really nice, but so do some slavers.
When the sounds from the other room were heard, he raised a brow, looking in that direction, where Claire left. After Brooke called to her he also called. "Are you alright?"

Brooke paused to think this over carefully... if he went in there and she was changing, he might see her naked, but he would be seen as even worse of a pervert, She would never really trust him as a friend, or even a person, and she would most likely club him to death. However she could have hurt herself or gotten into some sort of danger, and he might see her half dressed. He weighed the pros and cons, and decided upon his best course of action with a sigh.
"Claudio, perhaps you should go check on her. I doubt anything has really happened, but if something has, she might need help, and she trusts you a lot more than me."

As he opened his mouth to ask about her again she came out. She spoke his name, a bit high, and was headed to the door. Ah, something... happened? He looked confused, but started to move with her. "What's wrong, Claire?"
What happened? He looked back to Brooke, a raised brow, but was moving with the girl to the door. Did he have something in that room. Or did he leave something odd in the box? What was going on? He gave a shrug to Brooke, and would follow Claire out when she stored off, making sure to keep himself near in case they needed to vanish in a blink.

"Claudio? Did I do something wrong? I... I just don't understand." He knew Claudio was likely going to depart soon with her, but he was hoping he might have some sort of explanation since Claire did not seem keen on staying.
