A Waterbender and a Firebender's meeting in Darkness
Who: unyieldingwater and peoplesprincess
When: September 12, 2010, after sirens go off for the evening
Where: Somewhere around Sirens, in the lower quarter/poor districts
Summary: Having offered free water purification, Katara was requested to help out a family who was in dire need of fresh water. On the way she meets an old friend. (PFf, friend.)
Warnings: Debatable - most likely PG for antagonism, possible violence? Depends on how the log goes!
She would have to move fast. She would rather have made the delivery before sirens, but she knew when she put that ad in, there would be some occasions where she would be requested to go at night. This obviously, was one of those occassions.
That was fine though, she was fairly confident she could handle anything that jumped out at her - all the same, the cap on the canteen remained open and ready to be snapped outwards in defense or attack if need be. Once she got into the poorer district, the sound of Darkness monsters seemed nearer - and she knew that the monsters were not the only things to keep an eye out for.
THere were probably thieves and killers lurking in this darkness, desperate, and willing to attack anyone for money or water or - whatever. As long as she moved fast, she would be fine. So she thought.
