Tifa couldn't spend all her days moping around the apartment, especially not with someone else moving in now. She wasn't going to try and "get over" Cloud, that was ridiculous. But between looking for him and working, she could try and find something to help take her mind off it.
Which was what brought her here, to the Underground Mall in search of some kind of magical dress or skirt or top that would take her mind off of things. She wasn't a big shopper, but knew when to indulge to try and fight the onset of serious depression.
