After having skidded around the corner, she bounded down the corridor, in which the angry shouts of the security guards had created an ample walkway for her to rush down without any intrusion whatsoever from the milling crowd that had gathered to see the spectacle. Upon spotting Gilbert, she squealed in delight and rushed right at him, security in hot pursuit ( ... )

Back-climbing, success! She wrapped her arms around his shoulders, waving the parasol hazardously in his face while trying to get proper balance on his back. It wasn't anything like Fang's back, or even Dug's back. For one thing, it was smaller, and for another, it wasn't covered by the signature red cloak that all Baskervilles sported, so there were very few handholds. However, she settled for draping her arms over his head, since that was also an option, and found that it gave her much better purchase. Delighted by her new-found purchase, she was just about to comment on it when he asked that question.

Though he couldn't see it, she pouted. For emphasis, she waved the parasol in front of his face again, oblivious to how annoying such a thing might be, and how close she might have been to poking his eye out with one of the pointier bits.

"I didn't have any money, and I really wanted it." She complained, shifting restlessly on his back. "You're not angry, are you? You're not angry, right?"
