Summary: Brooke is secretly a part time janitor and runs into Alice who has been too busy to meet with him

Alice heard a singing down the halls of the hospital as she put away her NV for a while. Curious, she peeked out, wondering where it was coming from. Her feet gave a little pitter-patter as she went around, looking for the source of that song...

Brooke was a bit oblivious to the foot steps as he noticed a wad of gum on the ceiling that needed to be removed. Under normal circumstance a janitor would need a step ladder, but Brooke was rather tall at 8'3 and could easily reach up with his mop to get it. It wasn't until the pitter-patter of footsteps came a bit closer that he was slightly aware that somebody was about to see him. He planned to hide in the closet so he could see who it was that was coming, but he tripped on his janitor bucket and kicked it into the air making a perfect landing on his head. Maybe with the janitor's uniform, and without them being able to see his face, they wouldn't recognize him.

"H-Hey!" The pitter-patter turned rushed now as Alice ran over to the (very tall) man who fell over head first.

"Hey! Mister! Are you alright?" Alice knelt over him and took him by the shoulders. He seemed oddly thin... oh. Wait. Was that... bone? A chill ran up Alice's spine. Slowly, she put down the man (skeleton?) gently...

Brooke instantly recognized the voice as the very nurse he had been searching for and decided to make a small joke. Brooke disguised his voice to that of a feeble old man and said, "Oh deary, dear. I do think my fall dislodged... MY SKIN!!! AIIII!!!!" Brooke cried out in mock horror. He then removed the bucket from his head with a cheery, "Yohohoho! It's me!"

He stood up slightly, and rung out his hair into the bucket, putting the soapy water back into it. "I bet your surprised to see me! I've been secretly working as a janitor part time here for a while now just to see you. I figured if you're too busy at work, why not visit you at work? As a janitor, wherever you need to be nursing, I'm sure there's at least a spot or two that could use cleaning. Although this hospital sure is a lot bigger than I thought it was, I've been looking for weeks without any luck."
