[He hadn't been in Sam's club for a while; mostly because he didn't have the time and because he's not that social; the only reason he comes here is usually the man itself though tonight, he'd wanted to take Liquid out for his birthday and not reduce his home stash of booze. Besides, it'd probably be good for him to go outside a little more, and while Big Boss didn't doubt that Liquid was perfectly willing to throw a tantrum in public, he might be less inclined to refuse a glass or two of whiskey or some other such beverage if there were other people drinking -
Which is also one of the reasons why he'd brought Kaz. The other being that they needed to learn to relax around each other more - Big Boss didn't like what he'd seen of their recent talks, and it didn't take too long to convince him to tag along. Took a while longer to convince him that he wasn't possessed by any demons, though; and he insisted that he'd cover his eyes somehow because it was creeping him out.
Fine, Big Boss had thought, and stolen his glasses, and Kaz ended up being the one almost throwing a tantrum. So now, Big Boss wasn't wearing an eyepatch, but Kaz's aviators, neatly dressed and dragging Liquid into the bar and ignoring all his protests.
So now, we have three grown man in a pretty well frequented club, sitting at the bar. Liquid between the two of them so he doesn't get a chance to escape, of course. Good thing Ocelot wasn't playing barkeeper tonight, though Jack isn't actually sure if Ocelot was still working here occasionally. Oh well. So far, so good. He patted Liquid on the back.]
