Ah, I wasn't expecting you to arrive so... punctually.
[ He greets her with this statement, and with a nod of the head. ]

It's hardwired. Was there something I could help you with, sir?

Ah, actually, yes.
[ He begins, as he starts to reset traps, fingers flicking and moving with practiced ease. He makes quick work of it all within a few seconds, and presses a seal in place before looking at her. ]
You've been looking for jobs, correct?
[ He asks, gesturing for her to venture further in. The apartment is not large by any means, nor is it tiny -- the front door appears to open to a living room space and a kitchen in the distance with a bar area; as it came pre-furnished, there is a worn brown couch and a small coffee table in the living area. On top of the table, as well as on the counter of the breakfast bar in the kitchen, are boxes. One of the boxes is open, and the handle of what looks like a kunai juts out of it. ]

[Old habits have her watching him flicking closed locks and resetting traps. He's too quick for her to catch them all, but she at least picks up a vague count of what he's using to secure his apartment.]
I'm planning on starting to drop off resumes tomorrow, to see if I can move to the next step. Assuming I have this system figured out.
[She moves into the living room, taking in what she can of the box without moving it or touching it. Unlike the other teen Kakashi has to keep an eye on, Temari has control of her impulses.]

Kakashi moves into the living room, his steps quiet on the wood floors. ]
I know it's against protocol for you to take orders or missions from any other kage that is not the Kazekage, but I wanted to ask for your help in an operation we are carrying out.
[ He begins, as he takes a seat on the couch. He hasn't offered for her to sit as well just yet. ]
There are only so many of us here who are capable of high level espionage; Naruto is unfortunately not one of them. So between myself, Umino Iruka, and you --
[ And possibly Itachi, but that has yet to be determined. ]
-- there is only so much that we can cover to determine what is going on in this city, and how we can get home. Would you be willing to take a mission assignment from Konohagakure?

Her brother respected Kakashi, and so did she.
There's no offer to sit, and she makes no move to do so. She's standing almost at attention, waiting to see what he needs. For the time being, he's her superior.]
I can accept missions from allied Kages in times of crisis. I think this qualifies. What do you need me to do?
Reply
Well, it's essentially a B-ranked mission, judging by the difficulty of what's to be expected. Why don't you take a seat?
[ He gestures towards a small armchair that's adjacent to the couch. ]
Reply
And I'm assuming it's related to my job hunt.

Plans change, and Temari was suddenly thinking about her job hunt in an entirely new light.]
I was planning on applying as an assistant. I'll apply to AGI and see how high I can manage to get. Body guard experience will probably get me higher than just organizational skills alone.
[And some of the skills unique to kunoichi, but that was a given.]
I'll accept the mission, and keep you informed on my progress.

[ Kakashi takes out a scroll from one of the pockets on his vest now. It slides neatly into his hand, and he passes it to Temari. ]
This scroll contains all the details of your mission, as well as all the up-to-date information we have on AGI. If you need to correspond with me over the devices that we were given upon arrival, try to do it on a private channel and in our own language. I have yet to hear our language spoken by anyone else in this city, so I think it might be safe for us to communicate in it.
