Itachi stepped inside the small, dimly-lit teashop and inhaled quietly, breathing in the scent of hot tea and dried leaves, feeling knots of tension already unwinding. The shop was divided into little private booths, each one with high walls that created the illusion of perfect privacy, and he moved down the hall until he came to an empty one, and slipped through the curtain.
He settled down on the cushion, crossing his legs and leafed through the selection. The varieties were largely unfamiliar to him, but there were a few he'd come to try since arriving. He ordered a pot of Oolong tea and settled in to wait for his companion.
