Where: On the beach, where Sasuke's body was burned.
Summary: Sasuke's back! Itachi's going to get him. Tears of joy.

Itachi knew exactly where Sasuke was, and he didn't waste any time before leaving to go get him. Perhaps Sasuke would have forgotten him, perhaps he would meet only hatred and a chidori to the face, but he had to know. He had to go and make sure Sasuke was safe and alive and whole.
The fact that he'd seen an eye in the video a moment before it switched off filled him with dread. If Sasuke had his eyes, didn't that mean he wasn't his Sasuke?
When he reached the beach where he'd burned his brother's corpse a week before, he slowed his run and moved up the beach at a walk. He allowed himself to be seen, and didn't hide his chakra. Sasuke might attack, but he was ready for that eventuality. He didn't want Sasuke to think he was sneaking up on him.
