Watanuki sized up the pile of laundry in front of him to estimate how much time it would take to finish everything. One week's worth of clothes was manageable: it was, after all, their regular load of clothes, and Doumeki didn't need to run through shirts as often as he had before. Not much needed to be checked for tears or blood stains from fights, either.
Doumeki's new choice of job was less of a hazard than it was before. It was also something that should have probably been obvious to the both of them a few months ago when things started to become dangerous.
Chuckling softly, Watanuki began to sort out the clothes to two different baskets. It was easier to manage their time now that the two of them went to the same workplace. At least, he no longer had to wake up too early to check if he had arrived home, although some parts of his previous routine still remained.
He was still a little annoyed that he had woken up earlier than he had intended to that morning, but it meant he had more than enough time to gather everything that needed washing.
"Here," he said, handing over the baskets of colored clothes to Doumeki. "You know what to do, don't you?"
