[Nelliel is a bit startled by Rainbow Dash's change. That seems rather...dramatic. The only obvious changes about Nelliel that can be seen on screen are the horns on her mask being dramatically larger, armour that seems to be fused to her body, and a giant double edged lance in lieu of her sword.]
A lot of people seem to be having problems with their abilities right now. I imagine they'll forgive you if you're not as fast as usual until everything is fixed.

That would probably be best. If he loans you a shirt, pants and some shoes, you can go out and buy a set of clothes of your own to wear until this is fixed.
Underwear are small pieces of clothing that you wear underneath a shirt and pants. They give extra coverage to parts of the body more vulnerable to cold.
Aside from being annoyed, are you all right?
