Last Friday, April 8th, was Tamaki-sempai's birthday. I forgot completely.

I suppose I should've realized it was soon when he started sticking pictures of cakes to the fridge or bought that huge box of balloons and streamers... [But, she didn't. Because she's Haruhi.]
I feel kind of bad, and I really don't want to deal with him crying if I tell him I forgot so I was wondering if people would help me organize a small surprise birthday party for him. He loves parties...as I'm sure many people who are familiar with him know, and he won't be upset if he thinks it was late on purpose to surprise him even more.
I also need help thinking of a gift. What do you get a rich, ridiculous French boy anyway? Well, half French.
