[The feed starts with the normal sounds of the city, but there's heavy breathing mixed into the noise for a few seconds - as though someone had just been running and was now catching their breath. The voice that comes through is frightened and small.]
It's Ahiru. [Pause.] I wasn't- I didn't get hurt or anything. I just went home for a while, is all, so it's okay.
But who are all the people at the baseball diamond? They kept asking me questions and then they said they wanted to check my radiation levels, but they stopped for a second when I took out my NV, so I ran away, but what's going on? There was a lot of stuff there with them, too. Did something really important happen while I was gone? I know it's been... Maybe a month and a half, but it seems-
[There's a pause as a lightbulb goes off, and she looks at the date on her NV. There's an audible gasp, and then a sigh.]
Okay, um, not a month and a half, then. Never mind. Can someone come get me? I think I'm just a few blocks from the baseball diamond. I just want to go home.
[There's another pause, and her voice is more tense when she speaks again.] Fakir, I wanna talk to you when I get back.
