- The Sector 9 Community Center closure threatened by city budget cuts has been temporarily suspended by a mysterious and generous donation from some of the neighborhood's leading gang members, long thought to be affiliated with local drug trade. The recreational center's bewildered but wary activity director stated that the center remains a drug-free zone around the block's perimeter, and that this funding source will not change that policy.

Remember: Bus Shuttle Services leave 20 minutes before siren from the western parking lot to return students safely to campus. [Beware, this cheap beer is somewhat flat, and a one-way ticket to hangover city.]
