'Are you ready, Snake?' asks Webster. 'Remember what you wrote.'

'Don't mess it up, Snake,' says Oscar.

Now that wasn't very nice, Wilde.

[Liquid's voice is faintly amused.]

Snake, even I can make tea. Where do you mess up on that?

'He can't get the water temperature right, or he leaves it in too long, or not long enough, or he doesn't use enough tea leaves. Or he forgets to use a strainer and the leaves are just loose in the pot,' says Wilde.

[Yeah. Um. Just gonna be here wilting.]

It takes a little practice. Seems to me like your problem is that you're not focusing entirely on the process, if you're forgetting things like the strainer.

'He called you a scatterbrain, Snake,' says Oscar.

No, he did not.

There's a difference between being scatterbrained and being unable to focus on the task entirely. A lot of things tend to catch your attention; things you have yet to do, things you've done, sounds and activity going on outside. It's easy to lose focus.

'Easily distracted, that's Snake,' says Wilde.

It sounds like you need to learn to concentrate. Remember that if you cast yourself out to multiple things at once, many things will be forgotten or passed over and you're less likely to complete the task. You need to be able to focus, and switch when required.

I will try.

'Snake isn't that easily distracted,' says Goethe. 'Oscar and Wilde prefer to play with him in these ways.'

Because if Goethe is telling the truth, then your friends seem to enjoy making you mess up.

Sir Liquid...

'There's no use arguing with him, sir,' says Goethe.

Why am I not surprised? Well, it's your decision. You're old enough to make up your own mind about things.
