Did anybody see the news yesterday? Darwin the darkness monster explorer's working on new additions to the guide! Which is pretty exciting- I sent him some stuff a couple months ago, and maybe those'll make it in. Pictures of huge crystal spiderwebs, stuff like that.
Anyway. Merlotte's is closed for Mondays, so I'll be going out tonight. There' s just four more days to get a good shot for that extreme photo competition, the camera store at the mall's holding. Anyone else want to try and discover some new mutation? Is anybody else even entering?
I've existed here over a year now. A year, and six days. I don't keep a journal for it, like Roxas, so I just look back on all of my strong memories. It's been good here. I know a lot of people want to go home...lots of people have dissapeared, and it feels like we haven't seen anybody showing up new lately. But I want to stay here, with all of my friends. I have two good jobs, and an apartment that's okay too. I've got a bike, and that sloppy jalopy Jinx gave me (which I still need to get fixed up). I've got just about everything I need. It's been a life here that I don't want to just give up, unless I know there's somewhere else to go, and I can keep the people who are important to me close by my side.
...Tomorrow's Disco night at the club. I've gotten a ton of flack for this theme night, so if you hate it, just don't come. But we're doing 70's Karaoke at 9pm, and I think it'll be a riot if people decide to have some fun. If nobody steps up, we're just going to have to force Tifa and Nami to sing Dancing Queen.
Oh! And Edgeworth! Hah- heard you and Sam went camping. How'd the trip go?
