A public warning goes out for tonight's Supermoon:
Older citizens of the city will recall the last time a full moon of this clarity and size appeared over the island 18 years ago, and the well-documented eerie calm of the Darkness.
The Darkness will still fall after tonight's siren, but this is considered one of the most stress-free nights the city will ever see. Creatures will stay in place, strangely transfixed on the over-sized moon as it rolls through the sky tonight.
Police would like to remind to all citizens that the darkness is still deadly and dangerous. Continue to use caution if venturing out tonight. Be aware that the decay effect will continue to encroach upon any darkness-proofing left unsealed, regardless of lunar brightness. Finally, do not attempt to disturb the creatures outside. They may appear calm and sedate, but when disturbed they lash out strongly, quickly disposing of the threat and returning to their moon-gazing.

- Spencer's Hunting Grounds (Sector 6) announces last call for hunters looking to join a special Lycanthrope Hunt tonight. Entry Fee is $30,000. Six fearsome targets have been picked and primed. This marks the Grounds' fourth Lycanthrope Hunt in the last decade. Twelve hunters were killed during last year's event, although all the game was successfully slain. This year's hunt seems to be a smaller event, but continues to garner a good deal of attention. Protesters have already formed outside the gates and perimeters of the electric-fenced property, but legal means are cleared and the targets are fully trained and paid slaves, purchased from renown slaver Johnathan Riggs exclusively for use in the games.
