The weather's warming up, finally. I'm pleased. I don't think winter fashions are my forte. It will be nicer to design for spring and summer weather. [dresses. He means dresses.]

...And I think we can all be grateful for longer days.

Ah - [he pushes up his glasses] - I'd like to speak with individuals involved with experience as educators, or ( Read more... )

I'm curious.

I only have a little experience with teaching.

And your knowledge of law, government or sociology?

I have a degree of experience in the latter.

Define "degree".

My areas of most intensive focus were in psychology and biology. Philosophy and logic were the most secondary areas in which I did intensive study. Sociology would be tertiary at best, to my eyes; but to a degree sociology is psychology applied to populations.

...That may be enough. [at least for one or lessons - hm, or one long seminar? Not enough to have Zexion teach them regularly, but...]

They're a perpetual problem. One that isn't going to be helped by constant cycles of capture and incarceration. The founding problem lies with their incomprehension of basic tenants of law, public relations and the social contract. Their leader has agreed to order the rest to fill in these gaps in knowledge, but that can't be done without individuals who are willing to teach them.

A wiser solution than attempting to repeatedly imprison or kill them, I agree... you believe they will make a sincere effort to learn and adjust their behavior?

I have no idea. ...Personally, no, I don't think they will. But - this is what was pointed out to me by someone who saw it wasn't working. It's worth trying. [Kurosaki would have wanted it that way.]

[A faint sigh.] Then at very least, they can be taken fully to task in awareness of what bounds they have infringed upon.

It also removes any last excuse for their actions. They would no longer be able to claim ignorance as a defense.

A worthwhile endeavor for that alone, then.
