You and Pino are minors and dependents of your Uncle Raul-. Marriages are arrangements between two adult people who are not already a part of a family unit- you cannot be wed to your Uncle or your Papa, or your sister.

But...but Nana needs to marry them! Raphael told Nana that if Nana wanted to be Pino's sister and Yosuke's sister and Uncle Raul's niece in the eyes of the law that Nana has to marry them to be family.

Nana was going to marry Papa when he arrives but Raphael said that's not necessary because you don't need to marry people who are family already.

If you'd like to be family, then you'd need to be formally adopted into family, not married.

Like Vincent and Gilbert Nightray. They were adopted into the Nightray household, and so became family to Elliot.

Marriage isn't going to fix that. Only stabilizing the core will fix that.

Well...because- well technically in this city I suppose I could, but in Romdeau, chiefs of the citizen health bureau may not apply for family units. It would be unfair for anyone closely involved in Wombsys management to be approved for raising children.

...Then who will Nana marry? Nana wants to have a wedding. Nana even promised Pino that we would wear matching dresses to the wedding.
