The same way he does, mostly red hair visible, and what the fire lights up of him.]
How's everyone holding up out there? It's only a little darkness, not as scary as half the things that go wandering around this city, I'd say. You all have powers, so my advice to you is, if something tries to kill you, do your damndest to try to kill it back.
By the way, I was wondering, how many people have done a disappearing act lately? I know it's practically the thing to do here in Siren's Port, but it does make a guy curious. This city never takes a rest from mayhem, does it?
[He pulls up the hood of his coat, hiding his face in shadow, and the flames begin to go out one by one until it's just his voice in the darkness.]
