[Having just been attacked by a vampire, who took home some extra in a blood bag for later, Albert should probably be calling the hospital. Or a doctor. Or a vampire hunter. But he's lost a lot of blood today, and isn't thinking clearly. So he's calling Franz. He's not in any state to bother with filters though, so everyone can enjoy the sight of a

[Blood on the neck. Another vampire attack. Wonderful.]

[He's considering the pros and cons of taking a nap right now. It seems like a pretty good idea.]

Stay with me, okay? Keep talking. Tell me what happened.
[ooc: Is it after Sirens or during the day?]

I don't..... It was really fast. He came out of .... nowhere.
[OOC: /Off to check the log... Turns out this is after Sirens.]

[Some interesting things about the video: Franz is clearly in a hotel. And looking rather rumpled and hickeyed, his shirt unbuttoned, his cravat missing. He is talking to someone off-screen, briefly. A masculine voice, and one Albert's heard before.]
--It's Albert. He's in the mall, we need to get him. I think he was attacked by a vampire. Can you call him an ambulance? Thanks.
[And his attention returns to the screen.] Where are you now? I'm at hotel row, I can be there in a few minutes.

I'm near the entrance to district two... You're in the mall too? Maybe I can...
[Hotel row isn't that far away. He's going to try to stand up using the wall behind him as support. This will end in failure. He'll only get about halfway to a standing position and then slide right back down.]

Tell me where you are -- the ambulance will be on its way shortly and we'll come meet you.

[This is really only true because he's learned his lesson about trying to stand up. He's about to ask who 'we' is, but then remembers something that's been bothering him since the vampire left.]
Hey, Franz? Do you think it's normal for a vampire to bring home leftovers?
[That question made complete sense in his head. Cause, seriously, drinking his blood was weird enough. But putting some in a blood bag for later? What's up with that?]

But the one that attacked my... doctor friend, he was raiding a blood bank. Maybe he's doing it so he doesn't have to hunt every time he gets hungry.
Where are you?

I'm near the exit to district two.
[He takes a second to look around. This is what he gets for not paying attention to where he's walking.]
Close to the White Star Hotel.

[He's too tired to try leaving on his own again. In fact, he'll have dozed off while waiting for them. His shirt is a mess. Blood stains are nearly impossible to wash out. And he's a little pale. Mostly because the vampire drank from him and then took more blood home for a friend. Franz was right about the blood transfusion.]

Albert! Are you okay?!

Of course, this is Albert. That's expected. Daedalus wishes he'd thought to carry his medical bag- really quite unequipped for on-site trauma medicine.
...but he'll do what he can for first response, at least until the EMS can get down into the mall and meet them.
Albert is hemorrhaging fast. The doctor's eyes show that concern long before he'd reached the bleeding man's side, and he was reminded of blind panic of Re-l's brush with death, once. Not too much less than a year ago, now, in fact.]

Oh... That's right. Vampire. Which explained why it was so cold. And why he felt so tired. Maybe he should go back to sleep. Yeah, let's do that.]

Albert, please, wake up. It's me, Franz. Wake up, damn it!
[And when it doesn't quite seem to be working--]
Eugenie's right about you! You're nothing but a lazy layabout!
[Hey, maybe if he annoys Albert enough, he'll snap out of it.]
