Something should be done, a safe place for them to learn.
We newcomers aren't viewed in the kindest way, but that's not to say every person native to the city is like that.

Here's to hoping they will.
I'm Minato, please let me know if there's any way I could be of help myself. My background as a teacher was more geared towards honing specific skills and abilities with my students as opposed to the general education taught at the Academy, but I do at least have some experience.

Honestly, at the moment, that is more what I am looking for anyways. I know we were planning to start up a sort of training program, even before these wretched hate groups started getting more serious.

[Though this conversation is more benefit of the doubt, Minato wanting to have a little faith in the people here. His intentions are still genuine, and he assumes both sides will want to get a feel for each other before agreeing on anything.
He can hold off on suspicion and judgment until then.]
It seems those without any sort of abilities of their own potentially acquire them after arrival in the city. Most likely, as usual, a side effect of the Core's influence. Even the adults, then, would benefit from some sort of training, a way to learn and control these new abilities.
It's a shame that we're seen as a threat, as not belonging. Perhaps true in some cases, but the children deserve somewhere they feel safe, away from discrimination. Even if it's just somewhere to go during their off-time to meet others.
