A name really helps. Otherwise it's just, "Hey! Guys who happen to team up sometimes and cal themselves heroes."

Which is a step up from just, "Hey you!".

It also gives a sense of organization.

In my world it's the "Justice League". [kinda. which she really only knows about because the wrong Batman stopped in to inform her...] Shortened to just the League, sometimes. Figure general isn't too bad, if you gotta call it something.
