Ah, yes, Mr. Japan--my dear daughter, Haruhi! She turns sixteen today, you see, so--well, I know that it will spoil her, but I can't help but to make a fuss over it! She deserves a fuss--she is the finest daughter any father could hope for--and she is sixteen, which is a matter of some celebration! But, then again, seventeen is a matter of celebration as well--and eighteen, and nineteen... Well, any year where a father gets to enjoy his daughter's sweet presence is a year for celebration, yes?

Well, that isn't strictly true, I suppose... The other day, I was at a photo shoot, and the female model was named "Apple"! But I wouldn't call that "strange", just unique.

Ah, yes, yes, I quite understand that! I myself have two names, and I do not have a preference, either. Of course, the use of these names depends on the situation and place that I find myself in, so perhaps it is a little different....

Still, I think that I will continue to call you Mr. Japan! I really like that name!
