Because I thought I could fix your... condition. And I did, but only for a few days and I think this is fallout from that. Ella, I'm so sorry. But I need to see you so I can see if I can reverse the memory loss.

Good. He figured out your condition and used it against you.

Sort of. We worked out a way where I could ask you questions and if I was wrong, you said 'no' and if I was right, you just didn't say anything, since you couldn't say 'yes'.

Apparently so. I'm sorry, Ella, I really am. You were supposed to come every few days for me to check up on you to see if there were any side effects. Apparently this came on rather quickly.

Please let me come take a look to make sure nothing else is going to happen and if I can fix this?

Oh -- it's - don't blame yourself, Harry. You didn't think that this was going to happen and it ... probably wasn't something that could be prevented. Magic is funny that way - especially fairy magic.
