As Usopp said, Brooke's is a fine place to find some good food. It has the best chef in the city. Newcomer friendly.

Wait until some crazy radiation issues crops up and takes out the cattle again. Meat prices skyrocket and it's hard to get hold of. Or a fire in the crops kills half the years needs. You get the imported stuff for twice as much of course. Black market can be useful. None the less, we're taking jobs and food. We're scum, clearly. [All the sarcastic ever]

We've got people who have been here for a year or so, but they seem to have had a facility for us before, so I'm assuming it's not a new trend.
