[ The video opens with a small thump.
The scene looks look a rooftop of some kind - various flat, white surfaces stretch in front of the pair of booted feet walking away from the NV. If the little square of white fabric in the corner of the screen says anything, it says that someone just dumped his NV on top of his jacket to get it out of the way. If a person were to look hard enough at the very bottom of the screen, they may even notice the sleek, shiny curve of his scabbard.
His location: the highest roof of Nueva Las Noches.
His condition: naked from the waist up, if having his chest and shoulder wrapped in bandages counts as being naked. There's even a small adhesive on his right cheek. But this is the first time he's been out and really exercising, so he's not going to waste it. He puts himself some distance from the NV and begins to stretch.
It's very...ordinary. Starting from his calves and moving upward, he bends and twists and pulls each major muscle set with an air of practiced ease. When he gets to his chest and arms there are winces now and then, a sharp hiss when he folds his arms back and pops horribly stiff shoulders, but he doesn't stop until he's worked through his entire body, finishing up by dealing with an unfortunate crick in his neck.
Then he drops into the most vague form of a fighter's stance - nothing recognizable, no known martial art - and begins to literally beat the air. The punches and kicks are slow enough to be seen; two right hooks, a swing of his left fist (he winces again, a scowl on his face), a slow spin that turns into a two-part kick. There's a pattern there (swing, swing, swing, kick, kick, swing, kick) that he repeats over and over. To the trained eye, there's a subtle difference to each iteration, a change in speed, or angle, or a longer or shorter pause between each movement.
This will continue for the better part of an hour, unless he is interrupted. ]
