[Sunny seems to be working intently on something. If anyone looks closer, it appears to be an old laptop and she's got it opened up and torn apart. However, she's contentedly cleaning up parts of it and slowly putting it back together as if she hadn't taken it apart in the first place. Nearby, there's a small black robot that she's been working on ( Read more... )

What does it do?

Well, I haven't got the parts I need to upgrade it like I want to but it's remote controlled, can shock people thus rendering them unconscious and has a stealth mode. But if it runs into anything while in stealth, it'll become visible for a moment.

I thought it might be useful.

It's strong enough to knock people unconscious? Why did you make it able to do that?

I was going to use it in the Robot Wars, but it's also part of the original design my uncle made. Plus, in case Snake needs it and doesn't have his weapon- nobody has to be hurt badly.

So you didn't make it up yourself?

I helped with most of the design and building it, but the original concept was his. It was a reminder of what he built before.

Was his just as small?

This one is a bit smaller than the original Mark Two, but that's because I haven't got enough spare metal.

Are you going to enter it into the fight, even though it's small?

Yeah, I am. I think it might give me a bit of an edge. Without as much weight to it, it'll move faster; It's smaller, so it won't be a target and it can cut corners more quickly.

Yeah. That's good. But you still might lose.

I might, but you learn more from losing than from winning. So if I do lose, I know what to work on for the next time there's a robot competition.

That's not a good way to think.

It's not?

[Growing up with Snake and Otacon does not teach her the best of things.]

You're setting out to lose if you think that way. Learning things isn't bad but you should always win.

I never thought of that. You're right though.
