I myself have just had the luck to move into a nice little apartment in Sector 4, but for various reasons the rent is a bit higher than I would like to pay. It's a very nice size, though by no means excessively large, though I have very little in the way of niceties and comforts.
So! I'm looking for a new roommate who wouldn't mind sharing a one-bedroom place with me, and won't mind my fairly frequent houseguests. The rent will be quite comfortable with two of us paying, and I do promise to be a considerate and helpful roommate. The arrangement does not need to be permanent, of course.
