[The audio starts off a tad shaky due to the sound of obnoxious static. Eventually the static winds down and all of the sounds accompanied with a bustling city in the background could be heard. Luka is obviously outside somewhere but he's not going to say where.]
A frostmancer, eh? That's the first time I ever heard of anyone like that before. Just what the Five Hells is with this town? Everyone has all sorts of weird powers and no one seems to blink an eye anymore at the supernatural or the paranormal.
This blasted city is a tad too odd for my liking. My kind of sorcery used to be kind of special but now every bloke here possess a power or two.

[Letting out a sigh, Luka actually falls a bit quiet on the other line allowing the silence to be overtook by the noisy background. Seeming as if this brief NV recording is about to go out, Luka starts muttering to himself.]
Huh? That kid...I guess the kid's a little Michelangelo or something. Impressive artwork, he really drew that tree rather well.
