Ranging in age from 13 to 19, these teenagers are some of those who are suspected to have joined in on the recent spree of dares to go out in the Darkness reported on some time ago. The situation has escalated, with over 12 teenagers having gone missing over the past two weeks. The reporter states that she isn't sure whether these teens have been taken down by the Darkness, or if unscrupulous City dwellers have taken advantage of the reported dares to pin the blame for their misdeeds on the Darkness.
- Several batches of sea monkeys are being offered in the news. One might scoff and ignore the ads, but the sea monkeys being offered are actually a hybrid created by one of the labs in the City - genetic material of monkeys and sea horses combined through strange science to produce small swimming monkeys that reproduce and live in small ceramic "homes" in a tank. Each pack of sea monkeys includes care instructions and one ceramic home for a family of three sea monkeys.
