Guys I totally found it! The new House of Awesome! Okay, so about three blocks northeast of the Baxter stop, right on the border for districts four and nine? There's this really rundown building and part of it caught on fire, so the Darkness proofing is shot, but!
The old guy who owns the place? He wants a song for the place. I mean, seriously, a song. It needs a lot of structural work, and more than a little Darkness proofing, but, it's huge. It's got like twenty or so apartments, about half of those are two bedrooms, meaning if people want roomies, they can have them, or not.
[She stops looking around and then dashes across the street.]
It's only five or six floors, depending on how we make it up. I figured the base floor could be a major kitchen and meeting room type place. It does have a basement.
Michael, you talking to the dude would probably be the best bet. He seemed a bit put off by... me. [A quick grin.] He lives in a little detached building right next to it.
So! Who wants to move into this place? If we bust our asses and start work right away, maybe we can make it in by St. Patty's?
