Not surprised. People who aren't Weapons or Meisters usually don't know it exists. I sure didn't before I found out I was a Weapon.

[He pauses. All these questions gives him headaches.]

We get partnered up and go out on missions. The usual goal is to retrieve 99 Afreet eggs and one Witch's soul. After that, you become one of Shinigami-sama's Death Scythes, and then there's more training.
