[Surprised? Yes. Relieved? ...maybe a little bit. At least Liquid definitely seemed to remember being here before. The twin Snakes don't have the most straightforward relationship but they've managed to mostly move past that whole "killing each other" thing here. Somehow. Although things might be a little more strained without Otacon around to work as peacemaker.]

[Snake's a little too skeptical to consider that Kadaj's failed attempt to take the core had done anything besides make a lot of people mad. But first Sunny, now Liquid. Couldn't be a coincidence, could it?]
