I can. I went there this morning. It was crowded.

I did. It was...reassuring. I haven't been to a shrine or temple in half a year, after having grown up in one.

Really? I...haven't been to one since last year, I guess, around March.

Yes, my family runs a Buddhist temple and has for several generations. [there's a pause] March. I was still home then.

That's really amazing. It must have been beautiful. [She stops for a moment as well.] I left in March and came here in July. Isn't that odd?
