Other Notes
- Activity will be picking up on a massive scale today in the City. It is Boxing Day, which is Canada's equivalent of Black Friday. Most shops around the City will be having huge blowout sales, so it's a great day for shopping if you can handle a huge crowd and fighting over the last plasma TV, pair of boots, or other item at a huge discount.
- The news is finally getting back on track. There is a belated report about a young middle-class couple that died on December 23rd. The report states that the couple's apartment was significantly torn up, with windows broken and furniture and household items strewn throughout the house. The reporter notes that the only evidence of the couple's deaths were significant bloodstains and one or two remaining limbs, with the bulk of the bodies being dragged outside. The deaths have been, at current, written off as improperly maintained Darkness-proofing, as most evidence points to non-human attackers. Siren's Port Police Department has declined to continue investigation, as any evidence related to foul play is severely lacking. Friends and family of the couple have stated, however, that they were very careful with Darkness-proofing, and a failure to maintain doesn't seem in character.
