[-- soft humming is heard first before the darkness, brought on completely by the NV being pressed against his leg, disappears to reveal the makeshift soup kitchen. Few soup pots warming on a small stove, simple styrofoam bowls and plastic spoons set out to be taken as wished. There is a few boxes of crude Christmas decorations at the end of the table, written in black marker is: FREE (TAKE AS MANY AS LIKE).
The gnomes are helping in the mindless manner that they do, given simple task of crawling on chairs to stir the soup, or use one of the large ladle to pour it into the waiting bowls. Mindless screaming from them is at a minimum -- their stomachs appear full and their expressions more content than the maddened happy that they always are.
Yaha notices the one that has taken the NV and smiles kindly before kneeling down.]
Mmn, it is as I said. I felt very moved by this season and wished to give something back to those less fortunate than I. And so, I do hope that people will come to help, or if you wish to partake in the free soup ... that is fine, as well.
[As the NV shifts in the hand of one of Yaha's children, it stops on a tilted visage of Shinji leaned over a box that is presumably filled with glitter. There's a string of what looks to be dried corn, the pieces raised and visible coated in red and green sparkles. He's completely distracted.]

[There's a singing in the background, something that is shockingly good. Shinji's voice is perfectly pitched and sweet. His hips are rocking from side to side in perfect imitation of the famous American singer.]
That is quite a lovely song, isn't it, children? I do feel it also captures my feelings well...
