[the video engages and shows Matt actually smiling for once. he's in a dimly-lit room, with the screen of the computer he's currently using as an NV the only source of light, other than a faintly yellow light in the background. his hair is disheveled and he's wearing his glasses, which catch the glare of the screen and obscure his eyes when he looks at the screen too dead-on]
So how about that ZIPS place, huh? It was pretty brilliant, I'm not going to lie about that. Worth leaving the house for. Did anyone else go? I must've spent half of Friday there, and that's a lot for someone like me.
Did anyone participate in that laser tag tournament?

Good job. If you can read this, I've got a proposition for you. This shithole is someplace I don't want to be. It isn't like I want to go home, don't get me wrong, but I'd rather a world to get lost in than just a City, and it doesn't look like these people are going to be ferreting their way out anytime soon.
That having been said, more minds are better, and Siren's Port isn't offering a lot of options.
What say we hack out, get some more good minds on this? World's sure to see a charity case in this damn place. I forsee peacekeeping, rescue, immigration, and all that in our futures if we get the word out. People will want to help us, because there are a whole ton of people out there like that.
If you can read this, I'll bet you're about as paranoid of anyone finding out you can as I am to put it out there that I can make it this tough to read. You've got the upper hand. If you can read this, I'm guessing you have an anonymous way to contact me, if you're just that paranoid. So go for it. If you're interested.
But I don't know. Sounds like a fun game to me.
[he smirks a bit, and pushes his glasses up, then cuts off the feed]
