[The feed shows what might be considered a startlingly immaculate-looking starter apartment, perhaps all the more startling because its occupant appears to be the age of a grade-schooler.]
I'm hardly opposed to goodwill organizations. A city should look after its people. But to continue offering such a thing to someone who is clearly not in need of their aid? Is idiotic.
I certainly did not appear in distress. It's not even that cold, damn it. Can no one accept a refusal? [One might notice a fairly cozy-looking winter jacket draped neatly over a chair.] They would be better suited to give these things to people in actual need of them. I only took the damn coat to get them to leave me alone.
This pushing things on people who can take care of themselves is wasteful.
