[The video starts out accidentally. The NV is clearly lying open on the floor, looking out into a very poorly lit room filled with a clutter of papers, stacked to the ceiling. Many have doodles and ciphers on them, none make much sense (are those plans to a flying machine?)

The video was turned on by the owner of a big, furry paw that now steps into view, half on the NV, which is making a beeping sound. Then there are footsteps and the Joker's voice rings out]

Stan! Ollie! C'mere!

[He drops a piece of meat on the ground, the owner of the paw dashes forward, revealing itself to be an adult, male spotted hyena. Another hyena trots into view and both snarl as they tear into the meat. Joker mutters something, it's not clear what. His foot steps in front of the NV]

...Bloody beasts....

...Hm?

[The Joker kneels down and sees that the light on the NV is on. At first, this seems to annoy him. But then he smiles and backs up until his whole body is framed, barely, by the camera. He seizes Stan's front paws and starts wheeling around, singing uproariously]
