I was trying to get some big cash off this guy... got caught being less-than-honest with him and the cops got involved.

The law's pretty clueless to their existence. But there's a Council that handles everything I deal with. I kinda... quit them. [ Oh, he's super cocky. Cute about it, too. ] Kinda sucks to be you, then, doesn't it?
