[The feed starts up black, and then you can see that the black is actually a nose nudging at the camera... and as the nose moves further away from the camera, you can see a
puppy, looking happy and licking at the NV with tail wagging. It looks like it's on a desk filled with books, in a brightly lit room.
There's the squeak of a chair, and the puppy turns to look to the side, barking once before wandering toward the noise for a moment, and then circling back to nudge at the NV with its nose. As the vision of the ceiling continues to rotate, a tired and irritated voice is murmuring in the background.]
...What's the real use for the world trade organization, anyway? That's just... Budgetary policies? Change between liberals and conservatives affecting yearly views on labor and unions?
[A moment of silence as the sound of pages being flipped, although closer to the microphone might be the sound of puppy breathing]
Debates on British Columbia's HST tax... [A sigh, and thunk sound on the desk before the voice is back, albeit muffled.] One government's bad enough, why does this world need 195 countries, with different governments that change all the time?
[The puppy looks up and wanders away from the NV, tail wagging, changing the angle of the feed as it walks past and the viewer can see Hope with his head in his arms on the table atop a pile of open books. The puppy just climbs on his arms and then settles on top of his head, wiggling and pawing at the boy's hair with enthusiasm.]
I'm never going to get this.
