[ it starts out with text, and- it stays like that for a few moments. finally, he switches to voice, giving it a tap or two to make sure it's still working. a text apology was out of the question, no matter how scary this was- ( and like hell will he use video now, people might try to kill him . . . ) he's calmer than he was this whole morning, at least. he's gotten help! clearing his throat before speaking softly, hesitantly oh god is this a good idea or should he just sign off an pretend nothing- ]
That, uh- yell yesterday . . . That. That was me. [ o . . . kay, that's one lump off his chest; his voice is suddenly a bit more nervous, taking a few seconds to get himself together, enough to try and speak without a stutter. ]
I honestly- didn't mean for that to happen, at all. I didn't even know I could- [ lol, you know. there's a pause there while he thinks, gulping quietly. ]
I-I'm aware of all the damage that caused, to people and property, and It was completely involuntary. It wasn't "an attack on the city", it wasn't a "test", and-
. . . I'm willing to help with, or pay for any damages caused to property [ a pause- ] Or . . . ears. So don't hesitate to let me know. [ just to be safe . . . n-no need to press charges! see? his wallet is empty & screaming for the next few months. ] Taking responsibility is the least I could do after that. I'm sorry, [ very very very ] and- and I'll make sure it doesn't happen again.

welp, if you want to yell at him now, he's all yours, folks! you can hear a sigh now though, like he finally got something off his chest. and to make sure he doesn't happen again: ]
