Ain't a doubt about it! Like this one time we had this helluva nasty ass storm back in Savannah, right? So bad that some tree near my friend Keith's shack fell over and landed smack dab on toppa his roof! We kinda insisted on him fixin' it, considerin' he had no roof no more, but Keith bein' Keith, he kept insistin' back that it made his shack ten times better than it was b'fore.
He had to rebuild a while later anyways, 'cause his shack? He made it outta mud, like them adobe bricks? Now, you could imagine what it do when that flash flood came through and took 'em straight into the Savannah River and halfway up Augusta by noon! Rode a blow up alligator the whole way down.
Ain't nothin' tragic about ridin' a blow up gator down the Savannah River.

... Oh, you meant his house. Well, yeah, but it only took Keith a few hours to make that house. He didn't keep much stuff in there anyway, 'cause he's usually at my house. Or Dave's.
