Hey, I think Terra had a pretty good idea the other day. A job board, maybe at the towers or...even somewhere easy to check on the network, where we can always check out for places that are hiring people, or businesses that will take on newcomers. So that we can share all the places the newsfeeds are missing out on.
I'm really not the best at figuring out how to run that kind of thing, though. Probably someone who's better with setting that stuff up, organized, should get that together. Anything else we've got to share too, like needing a roommate or getting rid of things that someone else might think is useful, or having a party.
(Though that's pretty much what we do with this network all the time already.)
...so that pumpkin slop finally stopped stalking me at night, good riddance!
But what nasty weather! It's a pain to ride my bike in, without getting freezing-soaked. And is it just me or is the darkness coming way too early now? I feel bad for the people who aren't tough enough to handle it out there, all the people who hurry home. I almost got squished yesterday on the four o' clock train, and yelled at for bringing my bike on when I've done that dozens of times before. Everyone's in such a big hurry to get inside. Not that I blame them, I mean some of the monsters can be pretty nasty if you can't fight.
Speaking of fighting, anybody wanna spar? And if you don't care about fighting, then how about endurance training? I heard on the newsfeed the other day there's an indoor wave pool doing discounts. Could pretend like it's still summer.
