Yeah. I made my Halloween costume, got a commission for a shirt. I like sewing. Probably not as good as I could be, and I totally prefer making like house stuff to clothing, but for now it's something to do.

Yeah, a warehouse might be good. But an apartment building would be better. That's kinda why I was thinkin' the slums, but that's not really feasible.

I think if you popped up in the slums and suddenly had a house going there the people around would start to take notice. Might be an issue.

Oh... [A pause. It hit him, after this riot conversation] You know... I bet there are some apartment complexes having issue with the riots. Might want to keep an ear out on the market. Some closing apartment building or something. Just comes down to having hte money to fix it up... buy it, and keep it working.

Something that's like four stories tall, four apartments a floor. Break down the walls on two of them and connect the kitchens. Make a huge living space. Common room? Find a cheap pool table. Assign everyone rooms to apartment spaces and put up a sign on the front that says Jubilee's House of Awesome for Lost Boys. [Hand waved as if sliding across a huge arcing sign]

I would say something more than that. From what I've seen apartments here do not have a lot of space around them, and I'd like to re-purpose the upper most floor into a greenhouse [He's not above stealing food either, but he'd prefer not to...but with SO MANY mouths to feed...] and I'd like to find something with a large basement - ideally with all the meters, water heaters, and so in already in the basement. Any type of structural work, piping, wiring issues I can easily manage. The most difficult part would be getting cement, plaster, green board, and dry wall.

Or do green houses work indoors as well? [Pardon him. his mother had a little window planter box for herbs. That'as as far as his green house knowledge goes form personal experience.]

Hmmm, I think a lot of the places I've seen around here have basements of some sort, so that shouldn't be too hard to find. I... think the building equipment shouldn't be too hard to find. [See: Jubilee and He could 'find' it easy enough...:|]

In general I think finding the place itself is going to be the hard part.

I know how to replace parts of roof with glass that is darkness proof, so we can have it safely indoors. But yes, you can do a greenhouse that is completely indoors, called a hydroponic greenhouse.
